WOD:

A) 7 min. AMRAP

10 Kettlebell Swings

10 Pull-ups

Rest 3 minutes

B) 7 min. AMRAP

10 Kettlebell Swings

1 Rope Climb

*If more than 10 Athletes, half of the group starts on A and half of the group starts on B. Everybody will rest 3 minutes together. Then switch. 

*KBS are overhead. Choose a KB weight that you can go unbroken.

*Pull-ups should be unbroken or at most, 2 sets. 

*Scale for 1 Rope Climb is 3 Rope Pulls from laying position.
