- Overhead Squats
- We encourage you to complete Overhead Squats even it is means lowering the weight / reps.
- If needed, scale by performing Front OR Back Squats today.
- Double Under’s
- If working on attempts, complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds.
- If scaling by performing Single Under’s, complete 3x the number of reps.
- Perform 150 Single Under’s each round.
- Toes to Bar
- We encourage you to complete Toes to Bar even it is means lowering the reps each round.
- If needed, scale by performing Hanging Knee Raises.
- If needed to scale further, perform Coaches Recommendation.
