FORMAT:

  • This workout is meant to be completed in under 15 minutes! Scale accordingly!

SCALING:

  • Overhead Squats
    • We encourage you to complete Overhead Squats even it is means lowering the weight / reps.
    • If needed, scale by performing Front OR Back Squats today.
  • Double Under’s
    • If working on attempts, complete as many reps as possible in 60 seconds.
    • If scaling by performing Single Under’s, complete 3x the number of reps.
      • Perform 150 Single Under’s each round.
  • Toes to Bar
    • We encourage you to complete Toes to Bar even it is means lowering the reps each round.
    • If needed, scale by performing Hanging Knee Raises.
    • If needed to scale further, perform Coaches Recommendation.
