FORMAT:
*Squat Snatch* Option for those who may want it.
*Fast Rounds. If you are working on Muscle Ups (Bar/Ring), lower reps if need be.
*Maximize spacing on rig so that those doing muscle ups, can perform muscle ups.
SCALING:
*Sub 6 Pull-ups + 6 Push-ups for 3 Muscle Ups.
**If your hands are beat up a bit, sub 6 Ring Rows for Pull-ups.
*Sub 45 seconds of attempts for 30 Double Unders!
