NEWS:

WOD 4 of the 2016 CrossFit Open is in the books!

CrossFit Hamilton will be closed on Sunday March 27th in observance of Easter. 

WARM-UP:

WOD:

Part 1:

Push Jerk

5 x 3

Part 2:

4 sets:

1 minute of Max Strict Pull-ups OR Max Muscle Ups

1 minute of of Rest

FORMAT:

*Build to a 3 rep max during the 5 sets.

*Refer to 3/17/16 for 5rm Push Jerk weight.

SCALING:

*For Part 2, use bands or ring rows to complete this. Challenge yourself here.
