Part 1:

Every Minute on the Minute x 10 Minutes, Complete:

10 Wall Ball Shots #20/14 + 5 Shoulder to Overhead #135/95

Rest 5 Minutes

Part 2:

Every Minute on the Minute x 10 Minutes, Complete:

3 Power Cleans  + 10 Push-ups

NOTES:

  • For Part 1 and Part 2, complete both movements on the same minute!
  • For Part 2, choose a weight for the Power Clean that is right about at 70% of your 1rm.
  • The completed work in the minute should take no longer than 40-45 seconds, giving you 15-20 seconds of rest.
