Part 2:

Build to a Heavy Back Squat in 15 minutes

NOTES:

  • 10 min. Time Cap for “Gr.”
  • Athletes can begin building for Front Squat as soon as they finish “Grace.”
  • “Grace” from 0 – 10
  • Front Squat ends at 25 on the clock.
