A) Take 10 minutes to build to Thruster weight 3 x 8 reps. Do not go higher than 115/75. This weight should not feel heavy!!!
B) In Teams of 2, complete 10 total sets (5 each) of:
8 Thrusters #115/75
+Score is total working time as a team to complete all 10 sets.
+25 second CAP for DU’s.
+Go unbroken on the Thruster- try to go heavier than you normally would. For example, if you generally use 95/65 for a workout w/ 45+ total Thrusters in it, go heavier today.
