  • Stagger start athletes depending on class size.
  • This is similar to previous Open workouts. If you are able to get through one round of this workout, return to the start.
  • In this case, if you complete one full round, you will remain on the rower for another 65 Calories!

SCALING:

  • Power Snatch
    • Choose a weight that allows you to complete all 25 repetitions in under 4 minutes!
