Bench Press

2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

Find a 2 rep max

then,

Find a 10 rep max

For your 10 rep max:

*Start w/ approximately 60% of your highest 2 reps lifted and go from there. Try to complete the 10 rep max in less than 3 sets.
