  • Shirts are $25 and will need to be paid by cash or check. Please give to myself or place in the black box in a marked envelope.

FORMAT:

  • The Goal of this workout is to try and go unbroken on each movement
  • The Purpose is to decrease reps and increase rounds and weight for each Triplet.

SCALING:

  • Pull-ups
    • Perform Jumping Pull-ups today!
  • Overhead Squats
    • Perform Front Squats if unable to perform Overhead Squats due to limited mobility / flexibility.
    • If able to perform Overhead Squats, do so and scale the weight!
