  • This is a pain cave type of workout! How bad do you want it!!!
  • Stagger Heats Every 5 Minutes.

SCALING:

  • Bike Cals
    • 50 Calories should be completed in less than 5 minutes!
  • Burpees
    • 50 Burpees should be completed in less than 4 minutes!
  • Row
    • 500m Row should be completed in less than 3 minutes!
