Alternating with a Partner for Completion:

27 Cal Row + 27 Dumbbell Push Press #50/35
21 Cal Row + 21 Dumbbell Push Press
15 Cal Row + 15 Dumbbell Push Press
9 Cal Row + 9 Dumbbell Push Press

FORMAT:

Partner 1 does 27 Cal Row + 27 DB PP
Partner 2 does 27 Cal Row + 27 DB PP
Partner 1 does 21 + 21
Partner 2 does 21 + 21

Until completion. 

*This should be an all out effort, every time.

SCALING:

Scale weight on the DB PP such that you can complete the reps unbroken.
