WOD:

Part 1: 

In 12 minutes, Built to a 3 rep Hang Power Snatch

Part 2:

12 min. AMRAP

2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 14….+2’s

Alternating Dumbbell Snatch

Pull-ups

FORMAT:

*On part 1, work on speed under bar and catching the barbell in a solid partial squat.

*Choose a challenging weight for the DB Snatch.

*1 Snatch on Left and 1 Snatch on Right = 2 reps.

WHITEBOARD:

Finished round + number of reps. For example, if you completed the Round of 14 and got 10 Pull-ups.

Score = 14 + 26 reps.
