50 Calorie Bike or Row

25 Ground to Overhead #155/105

40 Calorie Bike or Row

20 Ground to Overhead #185/125

30 Calorie Bike or Row

15 Ground to Overhead #205/145


  • Split repetitions as desired!
  • Choose between Assault Bike or Rower
    • If you do not get to use Assault Bike often, you get first dibs!
  • Decide on weight increases with your partner.
    • You should increase weight for Ground to Overhead as the reps decrease
    • You can perform Power Snatches or Power Clean and Jerks
