Snatch Deadlift + Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 – 1 (7 sets of 1 complex)

Part 2:

8 min. EMOM

In Teams of 3-4 people,

Sled Push

*Length of parking spots by bay door

*Down and back per person 

*Add weight as desired

FORMAT:

*Second week of Snatch Complex.

*You should begin your first set of the complex at approximately 70% of your 1 rep max Squat Snatch. 

*Regardless, build to something challenging.
