  • Stagger start Part 1.
  • For overhead carry, use two Kettlebells
  • Scaling for Rope Climbs
    • Ring Rows in Rep Scheme of 20-15-10-5
      • Make sure you maintain proper technique of Ring Rows so it lends itself well to Rope Climbs.
