*CFH Potluck Dinner and Culinary Throw-down. All CFH Members and their families are invited to join us for a potluck dinner and food competition. Bring a dish to share or enter for judging or both! Prizes will be awarded for best appetizer, side dish,  entree and dessert. Event will be BYOB. Please RSVP on the google doc that was posted to the Facebook group OR the sign up sheet at the gym. 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 Power Clean and Push Jerk #185/125

FORMAT:

*20 min. CAP

SCALING:

*Scale Double Under’s to 3x the amount of Single Under’s

*Scale Rope Climbs to 3x the amount of Strict Pull-ups OR 4x the amount of Ring Rows

*Athletes who have the ability to “Scale Up,” sprinkle in a few Legless Rope Climbs.

*Athletes who have the ability to “Scale Up,” increase PC&J weight to #225/155.
