A)

15 minutes to establish a max unbroken set of:

9 Deadlifts + 6 Hang Power Cleans + 3 Shoulder to Overhead

B) Take 80% of A and complete:

3 Rounds For Time:

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Shoulder to Overhead

*Part B does not have to be unbroken! Complete the 3 rounds for time as fast as possible.
