WOD:

20 min. AMRAP

20 Box Jumps #24/20

20 Hand Release Push-ups

200m Run with Plate #45/25

FORMAT:

  • Cycle through as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 20 minutes!

SCALING:

  • Box Jumps
    • Lower the height of the box and/or decrease number of repetitions per round
  • Hand Release Push-ups
    • Lower the number of repetitions per round such that you can complete with great technique.
  • Run w/ plate
    • Decrease the weight of the plate that you carry when you run.
