- Cycle through as many rounds and repetitions as possible in 20 minutes!
- Box Jumps
- Lower the height of the box and/or decrease number of repetitions per round
- Hand Release Push-ups
- Lower the number of repetitions per round such that you can complete with great technique.
- Run w/ plate
- Decrease the weight of the plate that you carry when you run.
