Part 1:

Build to a 5 rep Overhead Squat

Part 2: Test 9

Bodyweight Overhead Squat x Max Reps ***

FORMAT:

*Both Part 1 and 2 are from the rack.

*There is no spotting for Overhead Squat.

*Bail forward then pick up with a partner.

*For Part 2, if bodyweight is too excessive, scale to approximately 60-70% of your Part 1 total.
