With a partner, complete 7 sets each of:

FORMAT:

-Partner 1 does 15/12 Cal Row and 21 WBS. Partner 2 then does 15/12 Cal Row and 21 WBS. Partner 1 then completes 15/12 Cal Row and 18 WBS. Partner 2 then completes 15/12 Cal Row and 18 WBS. Continue in this fashion until completion.

-The 7 sets refers to 21 (set 1), 18 (set 2), 15 (set 3), 12 (set 4), 9 (set 5), 6 (set 6), 3 (set 7).

-The Calories on the Rower stay fixed at 15 (male) or 12 (female).
