FORMAT:

  • 2 Scores
  • 8 min. CAP for both
  • The barbell is taken from the ground

SCALING:

  • Back Squat
    • Take the bar from the rack
    • Lower the weight to complete the squats in no more than 3 sets
  • Burpee Box Jump Over
    • Perform Step Up Overs in place of Box Jump Overs
