Minute 1: 45 seconds of Handstand Push-ups / Handstand Hold

Minute 2: 45 seconds of Rowing

Minute 3: 45 seconds of Kettlebell Swings**

FORMAT:

*Kettlebell Swings are Russian swings (eye level). Go heavier than you normally would!
