Run 600m

30 Box Jumps #24/20

30 Dumbbell Push Press #35/25


  • This workout should take no longer than 16 minutes.
  • Choose a distance on the run that you can push and get done quickly.
  • Choose a weight on the Push Press that allows you to complete in no more than 2 sets.
  • The 600m Run is TO the 400m, BACK to the 200m, BACK to the 400m, BACK into the gym.
