Odd Minutes: 15 Kettlebell Swings

Even Minutes: 15 Box Jumps #24/20

Choose a KB weight that is challenging. If you want to go heavier, perform Russian swings (eye level). If you want to develop better shoulder strength, work flexibility and core strength, perform American swings (overhead).
