Part 1:

Build to a 3 rep Squat Clean in 15 min.

*Try to Touch and Go

Part 2:

10 min. AMRAP

3 Squat Cleans @ 80% of Part 1

5 High Box Jumps

FORMAT:

*Build to height in warm-up for Box Jump. 

-Can go higher than 30” and 24”

*I suggest no rebounding on the Box Jumps.
