FORMAT:

  • Athlete’s should make it a goal to complete 1 round every 90 seconds – 2 minutes.
  • Choose a heavier load on the Deadlift today with the intention of going unbroken.
  • Spend 30 seconds at most on Double Under’s or Attempts
