*Substitute 3 Bar Muscle Ups or 3 Ring Muscle Ups for the 7 Pull-ups.

FORMAT:

*Aim for 7+ Rounds. (1 Round every 2 minutes)

*The goal should be to perform all movements unbroken. 

SCALING:

*Sub Jumping Pull-ups for Pull-ups Today. Try to avoid bands/rings if possible.
