4 Sets of 3 minute AMRAPS:

Row 30 / 25 Calories

Max Burpee Box Jumps in remaining time #24/20

Rest 3 min. after each AMRAP 

FORMAT:

  • Set a goal for each AMRAP and the number of Burpee Box Jumps you want to achieve.
  • Row effort should be hard, similar to last Tuesday’s Aerobic Capacity WOD.
    • The 30 / 25 Calories should be completed in under :90 seconds, giving you :90 seconds of time for Burpee Box Jump
