Perform as the following: Run 400m, 18 DB Push Press, 9 Bar Muscle Ups, 12 DB PP, 6 BMU, 6 DB PP, 3 BMU, Run 400m, 18 DB Push Press, 18 Chest to Bar Pull-ups, 12 DB PP, 12 CTB P/U, 6 DB PP, 6 CTB P/U

SCALING:

*Bar Muscle Ups–> 1. Lower Reps and complete Bar Muscle Up 2. Chest to Bar Pull-up 3. Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-up (Double the Reps) 4. Jumping Pull-ups (Double the Reps)

*Chest to  Bar Pull-ups..> 1. Lower Reps and complete Chest to Bar Pull-ups 2. Pull-ups 3. Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-ups 4. Jumping Pull-ups
