35 minute CAP:

In Teams of 2, Complete:

200 Double Under’s

50 Power Snatches #135/95

100 Calorie Row

50 Handstand Push-ups

100 Calorie Row

50 Burpee Box Jump Overs #24/20

200 Double Under’s

FORMAT:

*Break up the reps with your partner however you would like in order to complete the task. For example, each athlete does not need to do equal reps. Communicate as a team in order to get done as fast as possible.

*Do not spend more than 5 minutes on the Handstand Push-up portion.  

 

SCALING:

  • Double Unders
    • Complete 200 as a team
    • Complete as many reps as possible in 3 min.
    • Complete 600 Single Under’s as a team
  • Handstand Push-ups
    • Complete 50 as a team
    • Complete as many reps as possible in 5 min.
    • Complete 1 push-up + 1 handstand hold back and forth with your partner.
