WOD:

Part 1:

Spend 10-12 minutes practicing Pistols

*Utilize different scaling options – boxes, bands, etc. 

*Pistols / single legged squats will appear in upcoming workouts!

Part 2:

With a Partner,

Complete 10 Rounds EACH For Time of:

Row 200m

FORMAT:

  • These efforts are meant to be an ALL OUT SPRINT!
  • Ensure enough rest time between each set
    • You should be resting approximately :90 seconds after your effort
  • Log your BEST time and LEAST BEST time on the whiteboard.
  • Do not underestimate this!!!
