50 Handstand Push-ups

FORMAT:

*Try to complete the Hang Power Snatch in no more than 5 sets.

*The Row should be a hard row. Similar to 1k pace a few weeks ago.

SCALING:

*Scale handstand push-ups to 7 minutes of attempts.

*Further scale Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
