FORMAT:
*Hold one dumbbell across your chest and perform an abmat sit-up
*Deadlifts should be completed in no more than 4 sets.
*Choose a height that is higher than your normally would use.
*Scale for Double Under’s is 3 minutes of attempts/work/singles.
