100m Run

FORMAT:

*1 Set of Dumbbells per person. 

*The lunges are total per the round, not per leg. 

*Cap the number of HSPU per round if needed to complete the round. For example, complete 5 HSPU per round vs. 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc.

*Perform a 100m Run after each round.

SCALING:

*Scale Handstand Push-ups to:

  1. Cap the number of HSPU per round so you can complete the round.
  2. Kick-up and hold for 1 sec. per rep.
  3. Plate Presses. Use a 15-25lb plate and press it overhead.
  4. Dumbbell Shoulder Press. Have a lighter pair of dumbbells and perform shoulder press.
