FORMAT:

  • The purpose of today’s workout is to put a tremendous amount of demand on your core! Make sure you are properly setting up for each movement correctly.

SCALING:

  • Front Squats
    • The goal is to complete these reps in two sets or less!
    • Scale by lowering the weight
  • Box Jumps
    • The goal is to complete these reps at a higher height than you normally use
    • Scale by decreasing the height
  • Dumbbell Snatch
    • The goal is to complete these reps in 1 set.
    • Scale by decreasing the weight
