Complete 4 Rounds for Time:

50 Air Squats

20 Box Jump Overs #24/20

10 Handstand Push-ups


  • This workout should be completed in under 15 minutes, scale accordingly!
  • Work on positioning and efficiency of Box Jump Over to continue to prep for the CrossFit Open!
  • Utilize a medicine ball for depth check during Air Squats!


  • Handstand Push-ups
    • Scale by performing a different movement than you are used to.
      • For example, if you default to Dumbbell Shoulder Press, perform Pike Push-ups on a box
      • For example, if you default to Kick Ups to the wall, challenge yourself by attempting to perform a repetition of a handstand push-up!
