1 min. Slam Ball #20/10

1 min. Dumbbell Deadlift #40-50/#25-35

1 min. Box Jump #24/20

1 min. REST

*Team up to maximize space and equipment. For example, form a Team of 3 Athletes and have 1 Slam Ball, 1 set of Dumbbells, 1 Box for the Team. The Team will then begin at different stations and cycle through.
