WOD:

A: In 12 min, (from the rack), build to a heavy 5 rep Overhead Squat

B: (14 min. CAP)

5 Rounds For Time:

5 Bodyweight Overhead Squats

25 Abmat Sit-ups

*The OHS for B must be taken from the ground. 

*Regardless of BW, the 5x should be unbroken every round.
