WOD NOTES:

  • Choose to perform weighted pull-ups or rope climbs.
    • For Weighted Pull-ups, use a dumbbell between your feet.
  • Push Jerks are meant to be heavier in weight today. The bar will be taken from the ground.
    • The goal is to still go unbroken (or two sets at most) here.
