WOD:

At the 0 minute mark:
Run 800 meters (Middle Lap)
21 Thrusters #115/75

At the 10 minute mark:
Run 600 meters (Small Lap + to Fence and back)
18 Thrusters #115/75

At the 18 minute mark:
Run 400 meters (Small Lap)
15 Thrusters #115/75

At the 24 minute mark:
Run 200 meters (Fence and back)
9 Thrusters #115/75

Perform each set as fast as possible.

FORMAT:

*Choose a weight where you can perform each set of Thrusters either unbroken or in no more than 2 sets.

*You should have at least 2 minutes + of rest during each block.
