5 Hang Power Snatch #135/95

10 Hand Release Push-ups

15 Box Jump Overs #24/20

WOD NOTES:

  • Run 800m then complete 3 Rounds of 5 – 10 – 15. Run 600m then complete 3 Rounds of 5 – 10 – 15, Run 400m then complete 3 Rounds of 5 – 10 – 15. DONE!
  • Longer CAP but scaling of run distances may be necessary!
  • Choose a weight for Hang Power Snatches so you can remain unbroken!
