10 Rope Climbs

FORMAT:

*Complete the above AMRAP with a partner. 

*You may split up reps however you prefer! 

SCALING:

  • Toes to Bar
    • If a mixed partnership of 1 Athlete having Toes to Bar and 1 Athlete having Knees to Elbows, accumulate 20 Total Reps.
    • Scale to Knees to Elbows and complete 20 reps.
  • Rope Climbs
    • If a mixed partnership of 1 Athlete having Rope Climbs and 1 Athlete performing Rope Pulls, accumulate 20 Total Reps
    • Scale to Rope Pulls and complete 10 reps.
