  • Muscle ups are Ring Muscle Ups
  • Take the Barbell from the Rack
  • Muscle Up Scale:
    • Progression from Coach Dave’s Muscle Up Clinic
    • Pull / Push Scale
      • 2 Pulls + 2 Pushes for 1 Muscle Up
  • Complete the 5 Rounds of Muscle Ups and Back Squats. After the 5 Rounds, then complete the Box Jump Overs.
