Minute 1: 15 / 12 Calorie Bike

Minute 2: 5 Deadlifts #315/205

Minute 3: 60 Double Under’s

NOTES:

  • Choose a distance on Bike that allows you to complete the prescribed calories is less than 45 seconds.
  • Choose a weight on the Deadlift that allows you to complete the reps unbroken while maintain great technique
  • Challenge yourself on a rep count for double under’s that allows you to complete in less than 45 seconds.
