*Spin on 2018 Master/Teen (16-17 / 35-49 Divisions) Games Workout!

Complete with a Partner:

2 rounds for time of:
800m Run Together
80 Calorie Bike
80 dumbbell squats

  M 50-lb. dumbbells
F 35-lb. dumbbells

WOD NOTES:

  • Today’s workout will be completed with a Partner.
    • Partner’s will complete the 800m Run together
    • Partner’s will split the Calories / Repetitions on the Bike and Dumbbell Squats
  • This Workout should take no longer than 25 minutes.
