*CFH Potluck Dinner and Culinary Throw-down. All CFH Members and their families are invited to join us for a potluck dinner and food competition. Bring a dish to share or enter for judging or both! Prizes will be awarded for best appetizer, side dish,  entree and dessert. Event will be BYOB. Please RSVP on the google doc that was posted to the Facebook group OR the sign up sheet at the gym. Every Minute On The Minute x 25 Minutes: (5 sets)

Minute 1: 15 Wall Ball Shots #20/14

Minute 2: 12/10 Calorie Assault Bike

Minute 3: 20 Abmat Sit-ups

Minute 4: 18/15 Calorie Row

Minute 5: 15 Kettlebell Swings #53/35

FORMAT:

*All work should be completed in ~:45-:50, therefore giving you :10-:15 of rest.

*Stagger start to maximize spacing.
