The most depressing day of the year didn't stand a chance at CFH 1/7/14

Happy-Monday-Are-you-happyDubbed “Blue Monday,” the first Monday of January is supposedly the most depressing day of the year. F That! All I saw was positive attitudes and big smiles at CFH all day yesterday!

Today starts Day 1 of 12 for the Snatch Program.

Game plan

A1: Snatch 3 reps x 5 sets @70% of 1rm Snatch

A2: Snatch Pull 4 reps x 5 sets @85% of 1rm Snatch

A3: *Please use caution, the GHD apparatus is serious stuff!

Advanced:

3×15 GHD Sit-ups

3×15 GHD Hip Extensions

Intermediate:

3×25 Abmat Sit-ups

3×25 Banded Good Mornings

Notes:

Snatch by itself always indicates squat. Please work this position as this is vital and necessary to other lifts and as we go forward. If Power/Hang Power is listed, this denotes a different type of pull & finish.
