The 2017 CrossFit Open begins February 23!

NEWS:

*Holiday Schedule:

Monday, January 2nd: Updated Schedule:

8:30am, 9:30am, 12pm, 4pm and 5pm: Group Class Only

8:30am-12pm and 4pm-6pm: Open Gym

*Drop-Ins: If you are in the area for the Holiday’s, you are more than welcome to drop in to a class. Please first email us at BonanniFitness@gmail.com. 

WOD:

Part 1: 12 minutes.

Build to a 10 rep touch and go Power Snatch. The weight should be slightly higher than today’s WOD weight.

Part 2:

CrossFit Open Workout 14.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 double-unders
75-lb/55-lb. power snatches, 15 reps

FORMAT:

*We will be retesting Open Workouts every Monday leading up to the 2017 CrossFit Open.

*Know your previous score and know what it will take to beat it. 

*Scale 30 seconds of DU’s Attempts.

*Scale to 90 single unders for the 30 double unders.
