*Best of Luck to all those competing in the Co-Ed Classic CrossFit Barbending Competition today! 

*Today is our final day at 92 North Main Street. The feeling is bittersweet but we are so excited for everybody to see our new location!

*CrossFit Hamilton will be closed on Sunday, 11/20 due to the move.

* All hands on deck, Saturday at 11am.

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.

FORMAT:

Set-up logistics of room for convenience and have everybody start at different “stations.”
